Our ground work is sky bound

Why the name PB&J and no literal sandwiches?Have you ever heard the acronym K.I.S.S. keep it simple? The fundamentals for training horses, educating equestrians, and helping humans is that there needs to be substance in love, wisdom, and action. If we love our pony partners that means we will do everything we can to dignify them, their learning process, and the journey we take them on. Tradition often convolutes this process because it's easy to compromise truth when we are boud to a timeline. If we love the equestrian community and industry that mean we will do everything we can to evolve it and make it better. Standard practices based on brining in the most money, often end up excluding those who really with they could be involved. If we love the opportunity in this life we've been given to enjoy horses and the hobbies around them, it should be just as natural to want to bless other people with the over flow of abudance we operate in. The way we show love to people, horses and the sport is with wisdom and action. Doing things to help enlighten others of a more better way of learning, and helping them walk out their journey encompasses more than just our personal goals of wanting success. Kathleen the founder, has experienced the good, great and grim of all the horse industry has to offer. While there are many things worthy of pursuing, none is as important as having love translate in EVERYTHING you do. She is set out to help people understand their barrel horse for the equus that they truly are, and the fruit of that will mulitiply into a confident heart that will over flow in action to the other arenas of our life. The bread is the basic truth. You can't have a sandwich with out truth. Truth is always ready in and out of season - simliar to flour being stored to bake bread at any time of year. The truth is we (horses and people) have been made wonderfully by the most creative and intentional force in the universe; Jesus our Lord. The peanut butter is the substance that basic tasks start to become when they are learned and applied. Sometimes there is a bit of muscle that goes into learning something new, and cracking the shell of a new concept and really feeling it out. Substance will sustain us, just like knowing the purpose of what God created us for. A sandwich with out substance is really just a dessert. The jelly is the fruit of what happens when our hard work pays off. We would not feel well, if all we ever ate was fruit jam right out of the jar - but if we pick it, share it and use it in the season that it finally comes to fruition there is nothing better. Fruit usually requires a lot of patience...from planting to picking there is a big gap of time inbetween. You can't rush it. Lastly, a PB&J sandwich is simply assembled, portable, and easy shared. If we humbly feed people what is good and understood with out a hint of pretentiousness we will win more people to our cause. People are hungery and the satifaction of hunger is found in consuming the truth. The best way to go? It's to simply - start.

What does PB&J stand for?People. Barrel horses. Jesus. or People, blessing Jesus. (We do this by loving others, and blessing His name). or Peanut. Butter, and Jelly. or well-fed PEOPLE (do good works and have good fruit to share) well-built BARREL horses (building is the process of breeding, and up bringing) well-loved Jesus (we are indeed well loved by the Lord, and should reciprocate it)

So which kind of 'foundation' is it?There are two types of foundations and we are both. 1. a body or ground upon which something is built up 2. funds given for the permanent support of an institution We train horses, and educate people to barrel race. We believe it should be as basic & substantial as a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. A horse needs to learn like a horse, and a human needs to learn like a human - we skillfully simplify the process. Then, fruit of our barrel racing program supports specific groups of people in dire straits. Giving them resources to live and truth to be free. In short, if you train a horse well it will when. And when it does - you should consider making a gift of gratitude back to God because he knit the horse-crazy gene into YOU.

Who do you help in addition to the horse's educational foundation? In addition to helping with every age and stage of a (to-be) barrel horse, we also help people. We have educational courses and clinics in partnership with Run2Win Equine that we help guide people on a journey with horses. We have a donation program that comes directly off the horses's value in sale, winnings, etc that goes directly to those in need. The poor, pre-born and persecuted. We have a school that gives passionate people a chance to develop skills to be successful in the barrel industry.

The Lord tells us to take care of the poor and save the lost. We are strategically setting out to help people with specific needs.

All earnings produced by the product of well trained horses & great barrel racing are used to serve those in-need.

The 'P' in our PB&J is people. The people we will be feeding are the poor, the pre-born and the persecuted. We've chosen to cover these groups of people because often they do not have a voice to cry out for help. We advocate for their worth by raising our voice for them.

The Lord says:
O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God? Micah 6:8

Which results in:
“The Lord looked down from his sanctuary on high, from heaven he viewed the earth, to hear the groans of the prisoners and release those condemned to death.” So the name of the Lord will be declared in Zion and his praise in Jerusalem when the peoples and the kingdoms assemble to worship the Lord. Ps 102: 19-21
Coming soon...
It is with great fervor we announce our dream to serve as a school in for those with an interest in evolving the barrel racing industry.
We have designed a 4 year program, similar to the commitment of an accredited University model, to equip equestrians to make a positive impact in horse racing.
This school will have tuition but will continue to preserve the principles of being a sanctioned part of the PB&J non-profit organization.
Students will come out of their education commitment with a horse that is ready to compete and knowledge of how to dignify the animal & represent the sport well.
